6. Experience working with animal models
7. Experience in the field of vascular calcification
8. Bioinformatics skills in single cell and spatial analysis **Desirable criteria** (5 criteria max) 1. Experience with primary smooth muscle cell cuture
2. Experience in confocal microscopy
3. Experience with histology
