About the Role

The InfoCogLab at NYU, directed by PI Noga Zaslavsky, is seeking to fill a Postdoctoral Associate position. We are looking for a highly motivated postdoc with strong computational skills and profound interest in understanding the fundamental principles that underlie human and artificial cognition. Research focus areas include, but are not limited to, any of the following:


+ Language learning and development in humans and AI

+ Multi-agent models and evolutionary dynamics of language and cognition

+ Integrative models of language, perception, and action

+ Pragmatic reasoning and theory of mind


The position will involve leading cutting-edge research projects at the intersection of cognitive science and AI, while working closely with the PI and other lab members.
