About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

The Center for Research in Agricultural Genomics (CRAG) is looking for a Postdoc Researcher. 


The candidate will be in charge of:



  • Design, perform and analyze research experiments.



  • Collaborate in the development of approaches to analyze the regulation and impact of TEs in plant genomes.



    • REQUIREMENTS:


    Educational requirements:



  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Genomics or similar.



  • Ample experience in plant genome analysis, including bioinformatics approaches for genome assembling and population analyses.



  • Previous knowledge and research experience in centromere evolution analysis.



  • Previous knowledge and research experience in plant transposable elements.
