Postdoc positions in Organic Chemistry: developing the next generation super materials for sustainable industrial polymer products

Several postdoc positions are available at the Department of Chemistry at the University of Copenhagen (UCPH). Each position lasts 1-3 years. The roles are in collaboration with Nanocore, Grundfos and SP Group under the FUTURPLAST program funded by Innovation Fund Denmark.

About Futurplast

FUTURPLAST will develop a next generation of circular, strong and lightweight materials that will reduce and ultimately replace conventional composites and metals, using single‑wall carbon nanotubes (CNT) functionalized with LASSO technology and polypropylene (PP) to produce a high‑performance composite. The project spans organic and supramolecular chemistry, polymer science, advanced material mechanics, and industrial prototyping.
