Post-Purchase Growth & Retention Specialist

DTC Vikings, a Nordic-owned ecommerce group in natural wellness and beauty, is looking for a Retention Specialist to manage the post-purchase customer experience across four brands. The role requires a data-driven individual with at least 3 years in a similar position who can effectively analyze retention metrics and optimize customer journeys.

As a key player, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive retention strategies through upsells, cross-sells, and subscription management. Experience with Shopify is essential.
