Summary:


  • Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

  • Duration: 2-3 month contract with potential to convert to permanent



Responsibilities:


  • Review signed closing package for missing signatures, dates, and initials

  • Confirm note, mortgage/deed of trust, and riders are correct

  • Verify final figures match approved terms

  • Ensure compliance documents are included

  • Review physical (paper) and online documents

  • Update empower system with new documents/information

  • Track trailing documents such as title policy, recorded mortgage, insurance, and payoffs
