Portfolio Revenue Analyst

**Location**: This role is fully remote within Mexico; we set a location because some job boards require it.
**Purpose**:
Kasa is looking for a Revenue Management Analyst / Senior Analyst to maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.
You will work closely with, and report to, the Lead Revenue Manager as part of Kasa's Revenue Management Team.
You'll collaborate to develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.
This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication to translate performance data into actionable insights.
You'll work closely with property partners and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and financial strategy, to drive growth and profitability across Kasa's US-based portfolio.
