Portfolio Manager – Broadband Ecosystem & Rewards

Job Description

Leads the success of content, device, and other value‑add products and services within the broadband portfolio. Responsible for developing the short‑term and long‑term strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, as well as launching national broadband promotions and campaigns for loyalty and rewards to foster brand love and customer engagement. This role drives overall portfolio growth and execution efficiency by leveraging advanced generative AI tools, automated reporting systems, and conversational AI bots.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the success of the Broadband Content & Device portfolio and develop overall short‑term & long‑term strategy/roadmap based on customer needs and demands.
