About the Role

Portfolio Leader – directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions in complex customer environments. This hands‑on leadership role combines engineering excellence with executive‑level impact, driving the agentic frontier.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a blended delivery team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists.


• Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure squads can deploy Agentforce at enterprise scale.


• Set engineering standards, unblock complex deployments, and scale production AI shipping.
