Portfolio Analytics & Performance Manager (Associate)

Frasers Property Limited is looking for an Associate / Assistant Manager to support the team in portfolio management and reporting for the REIT. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of portfolio metrics and analysis.

Your responsibilities will include managing the consolidation of portfolio metrics and providing analytical support across the international portfolio, helping to maximize investment performance.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a relevant tertiary qualification are required. The role is based in Singapore and promotes a collaborative work culture.
