Porter / Groundskeeper Dallas, TX Full-Time Porter / Groundskeeper Apartment Community (Dallas) Were hiring a full-time porter/groundskeeper for an upscale apartment community in Dallas. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds, walkways, and common areas Pick up trash and debris throughout the property Manage trash rooms and dumpster areas Assist with basic cleaning of interior common areas as needed Maintain overall property presentation Requirements Prior porter, groundskeeper, or janitorial experience preferred Reliable and consistent attendance Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and maintain standards Schedule Full-time position.
