• Perform the role of Project Manager to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are met to the required standards.
• Coordinate and streamline requirements and prepared the Specific of Requirements (SOR) with the assistance from the Project Management Team (PMT)
• Prepare project requirements papers / study report with PMT for approval from appropriate forums, if any
• Liaise with PMT on all project activities
• Assist SAF Ops Manager to establish policy and procedures for the operation of IT systems
• Liaise with PMYT/MSD on security matters
• Co-ordinate user training
• Interface with user management
• Follow up end users for all LEARNet related operation issues
• Ensure that customer’s requirements are met after the system implementation
