Responsibilities Responsible of maintaining order at the swimming pool facility. Maintain continuous surveillance of patrons in swimming pools. Ensure appropriate headcount of patrons involved in a swimming and/or watersport on an hourly basis. Call out warnings or take appropriate action for patrons who may have ventured too far or are in imminent danger. Provide safety information to patrons prior to them indulging in a water sports or recreation water play. Supervise patrons to ensure that they are swimming within the safety protocols.
