About the Role

Job Summary
Responsible to process/update the project activities and to ensure prompt processing is carried out within the set benchmark/deadline. Able to propose solution-based data/statics.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
Perform the process initiate by the company and Servicing Request from customer for Takaful/Life.
Able to present data to support decisions for solutions
Assist superior in participating product meeting
Assist superior in prepare system/business requirement
Perform system and new product testing
Prepare relevant document for sign off prior, during and after UAT.
Assist superior to monitor the result
To review process and propose for automation/improvement.
To perform all activities achieved the reasonable quality, performance and within the agreed timeline given
Prepare and review of any relevant document e.g: WI, regulatory guides, policy contract.
