Key Responsibilities

Policy Management tasks

Responsible for the timely execution of the following contract management/customer accounting tasks:

  • Issue new/renewal policy contracts and documentation
  • Administer contractual updates/admin updates/Policy termination
  • Chase premium base/Book premium base in the system and calculate premium
  • Prepare bonus/malus calculation
  • Issue premium and fee invoices
  • Generate regular/ad hoc reports
  • Work closely with IN offshore team

Customer Accounting tasks

1.Manage the fronting reconciliation process by:

  • Coordinating with insurance business partners to receive Statement on Accounts (SOA) on a systematic basis
