About the Role

As part of our Platform Team, we are looking for experienced professionals to join a big transformation project for a leading insurance company in the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity to participate in a large-scale program involving core insurance replacement, process redesign, and integration of modern digital insurance capabilities.


Your scope of duties:

  • Leading and supporting business and system analysis across front, middle, and back-office processes, with focus on policy lifecycle and pricing;

  • Facilitating workshops with client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic objectives;

  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and build trust;
