**What you will do in this role:**
**In this role, you will provide appropriate customer service to all patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers utilizing AIDET while showing courtesy, compassion and respect.**
**You will partner with clinical staff in the design, development, and implementation of POC policies and procedures.**
**Your role audits all testing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations imposed by the government and any other accrediting bodies.**
**You will evaluate and recommend POCT methodologies and equipment.**
**You role performs method validation for POCT.**
