Role Purpose

Provide overall technical leadership for developing and institutionalising the governance framework for Punjab Nursing Centres of Excellence (COEs), ensuring alignment with SHC&MED priorities, ADB Results-Based Lending requirements, and broader nursing workforce reforms.
