PMO & EVENTS DELIVERY LEAD
Build and run the operation that powers Startup Chihuahua's programs: turn plans, pilots and events into results delivered on time — without dropping a single detail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and maintain the masterfile, CRM, KPI board and master report for our programs.
- Track pipeline, activities, budgets and deliverables on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate institutional reports in Spanish and English from a single master report.
- Coordinate pilots and projects: Project Charter, RACI, baseline, KPIs and closing criteria.
- Plan, coordinate and execute high‑intensity events: demo days, workshops, matchmakings and summits.
- Build the minute‑by‑minute run‑of‑show for each event and lead its execution on the ground.
- Document events and activities with minutes, evidence and results.
- Flag risks, delays, blockers and overload on time.
