BASIC PURPOSE
The Dispatcher will coordinate driver assignments and activities to ensure proper distribution service to our customers. Escalate issues whenever there are risks to proper service.
**Schedule:**
**Sunday - Thursday**
**10pm - 6:30am**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Coordinate driver activities and shuttle assignments to resolve service issues and minimize overtime, downtime, and hours of service violations. Complete attendance trackers and verify that drivers are using Omnitracs properly.
+ Ensure that customer’s needs are being met in a prompt and professional manner and escalate issues (late dispatch, breakdown, other service failures) to managers and sales force. Reassign routes as needed to solve...
