About the Role
Modern Mechanical Services is a commercial HVACR and plumbing contractor based in Dallas. We serve commercial real estate, hospitality, private schools, healthcare, multi-site retail, and storage facilities across DFW, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. Our commercial plumbing division launched in February 2026 and is growing - this is the right seat for an apprentice who wants to get their Journeyman license while doing real commercial work.
Requirements:What You'll DoRide with a licensed Journeyman or Master plumber on commercial service and PM routes across DFW
Assist on diagnostics, repairs, and installs - you're the second set of hands that becomes a first set of hands
Help with backflow testing, drain work, water heater service, and fixture repair
Prep job sites, haul materials, run parts, and keep the truck dialed in
