Our housing association is looking for a Plumber – Multi‑Trade operative to join our dedicated Voids Team, ensuring empty properties are turned around quickly, safely, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities

  • Plumbing repairs and maintenance across void properties (primary trade).

  • Ensuring all work meetspliance, safety, and quality standards.

  • Working independently to diagnose issues andplete works efficiently.

    • Maintaining accurate job records andmunicating effectively with supervisors and tenants when needed.
