Your roleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic PLM Programme Manager to oversee the successful implementation of our new PLM tool. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our French development team, responsible for releasing the PLM tool, and our UK implementation team. The Programme Manager will act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical teams, ensuring alignment and driving effective business change management activities throughout the program lifecycle.Lead end-to-end PLM programme delivery, owning scope, budget, timelines, risks, KPIs and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality outcomes.Partner cross‑functionally across UK and France, acting as the central point of coordination between technical teams and senior business stakeholders.Drive business change and adoption, managing stakeholder engagement, change impacts, communications, training, and motivating delivery teams to success.Your profileYou are an experienced programme l...
