Platform Owner - Productivity Platform

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements

• ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience managing workplace or productivity platforms
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365
• Ability to define roadmaps and service models
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI tools is desirable
• Experience delivering digital adoption programmes is desirable

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of productivity services
• Own Microsoft 365 and Copilot platform services end-to-end
• Define and maintain the platform roadmap and strategy
• Drive adoption of digital workplace tools and workflows
• Translate business needs into platform capability and design
• Improve service performance using data, insight, and feedback
