Platform Operations Engineer

Looking for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across on‑premises and hybrid cloud environments. You will work with internal teams and vendors to ensure infrastructure services are secure, stable, and highly available.

• Support day-to-day operations of infrastructure platforms.
• Monitor and maintain compute, virtualisation, storage, backup, operating systems, and disaster recovery (DR) environments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Review infrastructure changes and ensure compliance with operational and security standards.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
