Platform Engineering Lead - Software

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Roles and Responsibilities Execute software/system‑level delivery to meet platform targets
Own timely closure of software engineering deliverables for assigned modules/systems
Drive target deployment with internal teams, partners and suppliers
Ensure on‑time, quality release of software deliverables and artefacts with minimal rework
Close issues/decisions within defined timelines and scope
Drive collaboration across Validation, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, CDMM, STA, Proto, Quality and Homologation for integrated delivery
Monitor progress, flag risks/deviations and drive timely corrective actions
Track actions and ensure rigorous closure
Execute system‑level trade‑offs within defined boundaries and escalate deviations to PEH
