Platform Engineer – Microsoft 365

Position Summary

Knauf IT, headquartered in Kitzingen, Germany, is a key driver of the Knauf Group’s global growth and digital transformation. We are looking for a Platform Engineer – Microsoft 365 to join our global IT team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for building and operating a secure, scalable, and highly available M365 collaboration platform supporting users worldwide. This role combines hands‑on engineering, platform operations, and continuous improvement in a modern cloud environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced (3rd line) operational support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), including handling complex incidents and escalations.
