Overview
Power Platform Program (Appetite) is scaling rapidly across the enterprise and adoption is the engine that drives real business value. This Manager role exists to champion that adoption journey end-to-end. Reporting to the Platform Delivery Lead, you will own the full adoption lifecycle for Power Platform across the organization, with a specific regional remit for LATAM and ANJK. You are the bridge between the platform and its people, partnering with the Function & Learning (F&L) team, engaging stakeholders at every level, building scalable enablement programs, and measuring what matters. You are technically credible on Power Platform and deeply expert in driving people through change.
