Plastic Surgeon

Location: Right Outside of East Memphis, TN

Role:

Serves as Medical Director of cosmetic surgery practice

Performs patient consultation and post-op visits

Performs cosmetic surgeries (no reconstructive surgeries)

Performs all surgeries in-office under IV-sedation (no general anesthesia)

Handles 100% patient self-pay cases (no insurance)

Leads clinical staff and assists with managing office staff

Assists with surgeon and practice marketing

Provides feedback to improve operations of the clinic

Requirements:

Board-certified Plastic Surgeon

More than 5 years of experience

Must be able to obtain hospital privileges

Compensation:

Base Compensation: $210,000

Bonus Compensation:

10% of net revenues for surgical procedures performed by Physician on patients

2% of net revenues for services overseen by Physician as Medical Dir...
