Plant Reliability Lead Engineer

Goodyear is seeking a Reliability Lead Engineer to steer the plant reliability strategy, enhance equipment performance, and minimize downtime. You will drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs and focus on lubrication of industrial equipment.

You will lead RCA/RCM-based improvements, monitor KPIs such as MTTR/MTBF, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and cost reduction through continuous improvement initiatives.
