Plant Quality Control Manager

The Opportunity

Manage the quality control’s strategy of components, raw materials, perfums, bulk and finished products to comply with specifications established by development processes.

To supervise manufacturing activities (both internal and external), ensuring that packaging and products comply with current quality requirements and with all characteristics defined in specifications.

What you'll get to do

Planning:

• Coordinate the area team of packaging & production and laboratory, participating in their selection, proposing their training and development and evaluating their performance.
• Lead the packaging and production quality control processes at the Plant.
• Treat reclamations and consumer claims and manage corrective actions.
