Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company Chile team. The role focuses on driving plant performance improvement by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives. You will collaborate with Plant Managers to oversee projects, support budget planning, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, has extensive experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
