Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International in Chile is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead. You will drive performance improvement by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives, working closely with Plant Managers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a related field, solid experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and project management. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential.
