Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to enhance operational performance at our Hazelnut Company Chile site. This role involves implementing Ferrero’s Operational Excellence Program while overseeing various cross-functional projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Plant Managers to ensure efficient operational execution.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree and possesses extensive experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication across teams.
