Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join our Hazelnut Company Chile team in Santiago. This role focuses on driving plant performance improvement via the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and managing cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering and experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, as well as strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. The position offers a collaborative environment where you will work closely with Plant Managers and other departments.
