Plant Operator - Earthmoving Equipment - Leading Hand

• Excellent hourly rate 
• Mon to Fri AFTERNOON SHIFT 1pm start + potential OT and weekend work 
• Full-time Permanent role – Deer Park Landfill

The Opportunity 

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator who is ready to step up into a leadership role.  In this hands-on position, you will support daily landfill operations while providing guidance to a team of operators to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant site performance.
Some of the responsibilities are as below. 

• Operate machinery such as dozers, compactors, excavators, and moxys
• Perform tip face operations including waste placement and compaction
• Support and coordinate afternoon shift activities
• Assist in ensuring all operations meet safety, environmental, and compliance standards
