About the Role
**Overview:**
Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment in a clean energy startup focused on advanced iron purification.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Run and optimize plant processes
+ Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
+ Track production data
+ Follow safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout)
**Requirements:**
+ 3+ years operating chemical or liquid-based plant
+ LOTO experience required
+ SCADA or DCS experience preferred (higher pay)
**Work Environment:**
+ Training in Boulder; long-term role in Broomfield
+ 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
+ PPE required (lab coat, hard hat, safety glasses, steel toes)
