Plant Manager

Key Performance Areas

• Own end-to-end production performance, ensuring targets for volume, quality, and efficiency are consistently met.
• Lead and manage all production teams and shifts, ensuring alignment, discipline, and accountability on the plant floor.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and teams across all shifts
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and plant operations
• Proven track record in driving operational performance and leading teams
