  • 10+ years of plant management experience ready to champion CI in a heavy industrial environment, including welding and heat exchange processes is a requirement

  • Experience in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and continuous optimization initiatives

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required

  • Pay is up to $110,000

  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.

  • No remote as this is an onsite position.
