Job Overview

To oversee and manage the production of the mill on a daily basis. To ensure that all company requirements for HR, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration, and operations are met within the production environment.

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Production or related qualification preferred

Requirements and Skills:

• Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license
• 3 - 5 Years’ experience in a similar position
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Communication, relationship building, and team leadership
• Negotiation and selling
