Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary + 20% annual target bonus (DOE)

About the Role

Milgard Windows & Doors, part of MITER Brands, is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to support our Sacramento manufacturing facility. This is a 100% onsite leadership role for a finance professional with a strong manufacturing background who can act as a true business partner to Operations, Sales, and HR.

The Plant Controller operates within a matrix organization, reporting through Milgard Finance while also serving as a core member of the local plant leadership team.
