Key Responsibilities:



  • Daily Operations: Process daily office operations for the plant team, ensuring smooth workflow. Be aware of what stock is available and respond to requests with efficiency.

  • Documentation: Prepare accurate site reports and operational documentation with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Filing Systems: organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems, including confidential and compliance-sensitive documents. Ensure data is accurate and up to date at all times
