Job Description
The Plant Admin. Assistant plays a key role in supporting plant management and operational departments by coordinating administrative functions. This role acts as a link between production, quality, HR, finance, EHS and Plant Manager within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Education and Experience Grade 12 / Matric Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Office Management, or related field advantageous 2–3 years’ administrative experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment preferred. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Plant Manager. Provide administrative support to Regional Ops Director. Daily supervision of the Company Driver. Prepare, review and distribute plant reports, presentations and correspondence. Order general office supplies (stationery) and manage salaried staff (PPE) when required.
