Planning Supervisor (Heroica Nogales)

Responsible for leading and coordinating the planning team ensuring efficiency and optimization of processes.

The team has the authority to make decisions about the planning of production orders and material handling on the floor. Their focus is to achieve customer satisfaction by complying with MPD (Molex Promise Date) and CRD (Customer Request Date) through the efficient use of production lines.

• Create and track the execution of documented processes to review demand (forecast and firm demand) and sign production orders according to capacity and material availability in the SAP system.
• Coordinate the development of detailed production schedules according to the required volumes, plant capacity and availability of materials, controlling the present production figures and preparing adjustments to the schedules when necessary; seeking to optimize shipping costs to meet customer demands on time and at the lowest possible cost.
