To develop, monitor, and control the project schedule, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of the high‑rise commercial project. Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project. Monitor schedule progress, identify delays, propose recovery plans. Track critical path and dependencies across civil, façade, MEP, and interior works. Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, S‑curves, and earned value charts.
