Planning Engineer- Facility Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules preventive corrective
• Prepare project plans work programs and resource allocation
• Monitor daily weekly and monthly progress of FM activities
• Coordinate with operations maintenance teams and subcontractors
• Track KPIs delays and performance metrics
• Prepare progress reports dashboards and MIS reports
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials
• Support budgeting forecasting and cost control activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical or related field).5–7 years of experience in Planning within Facility Management
• Mandatory UAE experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and reporting tools
