About the Role

I am looking for a Planning Coordinator based in Sunbury on Thames to schedule Service Engineers to jobs that are a mix of repairs, breakdowns and planned maintenance. The role is office based paying up to £28Kpa. The position is Monday to Friday but you will need to be able to work one Saturday a month (you will then have a day off in the week).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To schedule the work of service engineers - a mixture of repairs, breakdowns and planned maintenance.
  • To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the field team.
  • To work closely with internal and external customers to help adhere to contractual SLA's.
  • Communicating with other internal departments regarding ETAs.
  • Providing customers with regular updates.

    • Ideally you will have previous experience in a scheduling/planning but this is not required.
