**Job Duties/Responsibilities**
+ Verifies crew assignments for next day; documents non-wrench/non-availability time; creates/cancels work orders; notifies networks of due/overdue work
+ Coordinates with Ops Coordinators, Design/Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Construction, Major Accounts, Asset Management, and Distribution Operations Center on contractor work, job assignments, site readiness, job scope, work packages, prerequisites, and material/T&E estimates
+ Monitors contractor schedule adherence and flags exceptions against contract assignment criteria
+ Prepares and updates two-week schedule using crew capacity, vetted backlog, and Quarterly Plan; maintains 3-week forecast
