About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production for plastic injection machines
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary to meet delivery deadlines
Ensure material availability before production starts
Track inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse to avoid shortages or overstock
Prepare and issue production work orders
Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste
Liaise with maintenance team to plan machine servicing and avoid disruption
Follow up on urgent orders and prioritize accordingly
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
