About the Role
The Planner II, Master Scheduling supports multiple shipbuilding programs and future initiatives, within the IMS Planning organization. The role provides advanced planning support to the Planning Lead and Team Supervisor across key program phases, including Engineering & Design, Procurement, Build, and Test & Trials, with increased responsibility for cross project coordination and analytical depth.
In addition to developing and maintaining integrated, resource loaded master schedules to a high standard of quality and integrity, the Planner II provides structured support to Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) activities. This includes collaboration with individual project teams and relevant external stakeholders to develop, validate, and refine schedule assumptions, risk inputs, and analytical outputs, under the guidance of the Team Supervisor. The role supports risk informed program insight without assuming ownership of governance or approvals.
